PR-Performance Running’s full marathon training program information and benefits.

We offer a 20 week training program where our experienced coaches will help prepare you for your full marathon.

The full marathon training program is designed around three area marathons  – Fox Valley half and full marathon, Chicago Marathon and Naperville half marathon. 

Program Benefits:

  • 20 week training program designed to meet your specific race goals
  • Individualized coaching from accomplished runners that are RRCA certified
  • Planned group runs led by a team of dedicated pacers at each 30 second pace interval from 8:00 per minute to 11:00 per minute mile
  • Water and Gatorade support for all group runs
  • Gear check, water, Gatorade and more will be provided at our PR club tent for the Fox Valley Marathon and Naperville Marathon
  • Access to Congress Hotel pre and post race at the Chicago Marathon for an additional fee of $25.00 (collected prior to marathon).  Perks include:  food, drink, massages, bathrooms and protection from the outdoor elements.
  • Weekly emails providing training tips and advice
  • Clinics that provide information on proper running gear, injury prevention, proper stretching and more…
  • FUN, FUN and more FUN!!!
